WHEN AND WHERE
You are invited to join us on August 6th to witness our vows and help us celebrate our marriage. We will be making our own traditions, drawing on some of our shared interests and values to invent a celebration that fits our styles. Expect an outdoor summer ceremony in the park followed by an open-air picnic supper and party beside the beautiful Clarion River. We will send email notification several days in advance if the weather requires us to use the alternate rain date.
Please plan to gather at 4pm. Anyone camping in the park will receive information about the location of the ceremony upon checking in. If you are arriving the day of the wedding itself, please allow time to make a brief stop at cabin 18, where you will find instructions on the porch about where to park and where to gather for the ceremony. Festivities end at 10pm for peaceful camping.

WHERE TO STAY
We're glad that many of you will be joining us in the all-ages summer camp village and staying in a cabin or campsite in the park. If you want advice about making a campsite reservation, or if you would like to find out whether there might be a bed available in somebody’s cabin for you, please contact us.
For those who want a little more luxury, there are hotels in the nearby towns of Brookville and Clarion as well as various other lodging options in the area. Check out this map of hotels, or do a search for vacation rental houses.
WHERE TO PARK
Parking is limited. If you are camping, please park at your own campsite or cabin. If not, we will provide parking instructions to you individually.

WHAT TO WEAR
We want you to feel festive, yet comfortable. Dress for summer weather, picnic tables, campfire smoke, and fun. Please avoid heels, and bring a layer to put on as the sun goes down and the full moon comes up.
WHAT TO BRING (AND WHAT NOT TO BRING)
We have a special fondness for brass bells, so if you wish, bring a brass bell to ring in celebration of our marriage in lieu of throwing rice or birdseed, which are against park rules. If you have a camp chair or other folding chair and are able to bring it to supplement the available seating, please let us know. And if you play an instrument, you might bring it along for campfire time, with a few copies of a favorite song or two, so others can play or sing along. (Please do not bring alcohol, per park rules.)
OTHER THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU'RE IN THE AREA
If you'll be staying for multiple days, even if you're not camping, check out the "Camping Info" page for more information about things to do in the region. For those who like to go off on their own, there is lots to explore in the area; we will also be organizing some optional activities during the week of August 4-11.
