FLYING The closest major airport is in Pittsburgh (PIT), which is a two-hour drive from the park. DRIVING
From Brookville it is about 15 miles to (and into) the park. Take 36N to Sigel, then turn right onto 949N. You will pass the Farmer’s Inn on your left and then go down a big hill; the park entrance will be on your left just before the road starts going back uphill. (This park map shows the general layout.) If you are camping, stop at the Ranger Station immediately on the right to check in and/or pick up keys. Drive 1.5 miles into the park, turn right at the intersection, and then keep right around the loop until your odometer hits 2.1 miles from the entrance. Stop at cabin 18, where you will find further instructions and information awaiting you at the welcome station on the porch. (Campers, please try to arrive no earlier than 4pm on August 4th, to give us time to set up the welcome station.) |
